About Us
Serenity Management was established with the deliberate purpose of aiding New Beginnings House, a sober living facility designed for men. Founded by Robert Raker and Robbie Rohl, both of whom have personal experiences in recovery, the concept originated from their desire to establish a secure environment where men could overcome addiction and strive towards becoming upright citizens. Drawing from their own journeys in recovery, Robert and Robbie recognized the transformative power of a supportive community.
They envisioned New Beginnings House as more than just a place for sobriety – it was to be a haven where individuals could rebuild their lives, foster genuine connections, and develop the skills necessary for sustained recovery. With a commitment to providing comprehensive support, Serenity Management actively collaborates with local professionals and experts in addiction recovery. The goal is to offer a holistic approach that goes beyond the immediate challenges of overcoming substance dependence, addressing the underlying issues, and empowering residents to make lasting positive changes in their lives.

Vision
Through collaboration and strategic effort, Serenity Management's vision is to expand our impact in the Black Hills and provide multiple programs that maximize the chance of successful recovery for any individual who is willing. We will be the foundation upon which our residents can build self-awareness, confidence, and the skills and proficiency needed to thrive in the new life they will create.
We know we cannot work on this mission or achieve the vision without your help. Community members coming together in a collective effort, through financial support and volunteerism, will be the driving force behind the realization of our vision.
